Green Mango Club

It is impossible to do justice to Koh Samui without mention of its most famous nightspot, Green Mango. This open air, rustic style nightclub has been dominating the island’s night entertainment scene for approaching 20 years, and is so popular that it even has a street named after it.

Soi Green Mango (or Green Mango Street), is lined with bars, clubs, go-go joints and vendors leading up to the massive Green Mango club at the far end. It is reached in the centre of Chaweng Beach Road, and is easily accessed via the Lake Road, through McDonalds and Starbucks.

Joining Green Mango are Sweet Soul, a lively night spot specializing in hip-hop and R& B, and at the entrance of the soi, Mambo, an open air restaurant/bar serving international food that is the perfect place for early evening drinks and big screen sporting events.

No Samui holiday is complete without a visit to Green Mango and its surroundings. The Full Moon party is once a month, the Escape Black Moon Party is once a month, but Green Mango is here to stay.
